This is very nice though I have a few points to make. The light coming down her face is very sharp. It's ruining the nose a bit because it's creating shapes on her face that don't belong. above her mouth you ca see some dark smudges and it makes her look like shes got a bit of a mustache. you also have a very sharp line rather than a curve from where her mouth curves to her nose. You also have some issues with the hair colour. The eyelashes, hair and eyebrows are 3 different colors, which makes this image look a bit odd. The light color of the hair also clashes with her skin tone which now looks very dark and red, consider lightening it a bit.
The eyes look very nice and you've done a good job with the form.
