Y'know, Dr. Wily's plan's of world domination always gets foiled because he follows the same tired and stale formula. Disperse 8 rouge robots throughout the world, and set up a fortress (and on some rare cases, 2) and end most of the battles with a teleporting capsule. If this Dr. Maxim were smart, he'd sic all his (many) Robots to blow the blue bomber to pieces. But that wouldn't make for an interesting game would it?

Well Dr. Maxim is basically like Dr. Light....except he still works for the military. XD ...And in this small tale a certain evil gray haired maniac steals the good Dr.'s robots.....don't even need to say anything else. XP
