I have no idea...I was just thinking about ideas for bosses one day...I was thinking about what kind of Devil monster I'd make...then I started thinking about a yellow devil piloted by Wily. Then I though about the Wily capsule from Mega Man 7...and then I thought....Why not just combine the 2?!?! XD

God, even with save stats it was hard as I don`t know what for me to beat Wily in MM7, even Devil wasn`t so hard. I think this one will be the most hardest boss in MegaMan ever! X)
