It would seem that since this action sequence involves a higher degree of realism, it does pose improbable to think one could have a throw down without exposing their underwear. Then again alternatively it is common for the depiction of fights that turn into 'who can remove the other girl's attire first'.

Even though we get a few glimpses in this page, the instances don't come across as deliberate pornography, rather they are part of the flow of the fight. Comparing this to the bout where AJ fended off the diamond dogs, she puts a lot more of herself into this fight. She even says so in her thought bubbles, but AJ doesn't just dictate how tough this fight is, it shows in the art form.
