A compilation of sketches of my characters (Phénice and Darenn from my comic "Les Chevaucheurs" and Tild from my webcomic "Tild, Mage à Louer") from my tumblr. I had the need to take of my stylus and feel the contact between my mechanical pencil (one drawn with a ballpen) and some paper! Color done with SAI.
And again I was like "mature content or not ?" I'm not adding it this time, I know some people are disappointed when they click and don't see nipples XD. And it's only one sketch.
You may see that the character design is not really consistent here, I wanted to play a little with my character Phénice (the ginger one). The top right corner one is closer to what I would have to draw if I wanted to show her monstrous strenght more accurately... that's a little scary XD

J'admets que les mains ne sont pas façiles- mais c'est toujours l'arche du pied qui me donne de la misere; c'est subtile, mais si on ne le reussi pas- ca se voit!

that Phenice in the top right looks pretty tough... though I would have hidden her muscles under super thick enchanted armor, and made her so tomboyish and androgynous looking that people would be genuinely surprised that the tough brutal warrior was under all that armor female.

i don't know does she have tomboyish personality like getting drunk, picking her nose, and releasing mighty belches that force people back a few feet... i have a soft spot for tomboys and who is that cute short blonde girl.

Elle fait peur la Phénice façon Musclor. 
J'aime beaucoup le dessin où Tild et elle sont côte à côte. C'est un style différent mais il a un côté badass pas dégueu.

Tu seras surpris de savoir que cette version stéroïdée semble plaire à un certain public sur tumblr XD.
Pour l'autre dessin je trouve que ce style va mieux à Phénice qu') Tild.

En fait, ça ne m'étonne pas vraiment. Quand on voit certains délires qui vit ici sur DA, le fait que ta Phénice stéroïdée plaise ça ne me surprend pas plus que ça.

Sympa les essais pour dessiner les personnages différemment, j'aime bien la Tild avec la flame et celle en bas au milieu. Par contre pas trop fan de Phénice en haut à droite.
Le sorry me rappel un peu les trip d'annonce pour Tild sur ton blog. Elle t'en a fait voir de belles.^^

Wow, Phenice is quite a bit taller than Tild. Cool bunch of sketches, lack of nipples notwithstanding
Also, the "freakishly strong amazon Phenice" has her own charms. Though I like her the way she is now. Wish I knew French.

These sketches looks great. It has that classic feel of adventure that I often sense from the style and color tones. OC sketches certainly makes for fun practice and character studies in which the pose and outfits really reflects the characters, while the background helps to compliment the adventurous world that they originated from. I enjoy the humor, you've added as well, overall an enjoyable sketch work here, and shares much of the joy of drawing OC's. Nicely done. ^^

The nice things is that I'm so used to draw them that I can concentrate on the pose, attitude or style without asking myself "how will it look ?" and stuff like that. The background is just a little touchup to pull all the drawings together, though
