Description
I finally finished the second volume of my comic (in french) "Les Chevaucheurs" ! I was so happy I did this picture !Characters are Phénice (a warrior girl known as a "rider" because of her mechanical mount) and Darenn (her squire, a very obnoxious yet competent mecanician).

Thought so, impressive to be a squire at such a young age. Ps just bought your integrale Chevaucheurs book from amazon, looking forward to trying out my French. Ps probably already said this but Phenice is beautiful, have a soft spot for gingers. I'm writing my own book and currently doing some hand drawn art on a few of my main characters, probably going to upload the m to DA when I'm done them. Soz for the long msg but u r my favourite deviant, keep up the good work

Actually squires were pretty young during medieval times. Well, maybe not that young^^. But in this world squires are mostly mecanician, so they were studying that for several years and accordingly are mostly children of the upper class. Darenn's family isn't rich enough to grant him that kind of school, but he is kind of a prodigy self taught one!

Sorry to keep pestering you, but just one last question before I go. Should I expect any romance in Les Chevaucheurs, or is it all action? Just curious.

Well, it's for a rather young (male) audience, so it will not be a primary focus. It's still a possibility though. Not between Phenice and Darenn, because the age gap is too large and they see each other more like family, however it can happen. Even though, I'd wish to avoid throwing them to the first secondary character to appear, so I do not have any definite plan for now.

If romance there is it will likely be with phénice since she's the adult character. However, like I said, nothing is really planned at the moment.
