So Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite has been announced.... I'm pretty pumped. So here's my wishlish of Characters I want to appear Either playable or assist. (Preferably Playable)As you can see, though, I didn't include any X-Men or Fantastic 4 characters. That's because supposedly, due to licensing issues, there may not be any Mutants or Fantastic 4 characters. There only going to focus on characters in the MCU. Which means we may not see characters like Dr. Doom, Deadpool or Wolverine again. Sad, I know. But we can only hope it's just a rumor.

There is already some pretty reliable leaks that are pointing towards Wolverine and Doctor Doom being one of the DLC characters that are in development alongside Nina and Asura : ) since Marvel took off the Fox Ban hammer on the X-Men and Fantastic Four already (so any X-Men and Fantastic Four character can now be in the game)--- Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast, Rogue, Magneto, Storm, Wolverine, Scarlet Witch, and Apocalypse were recently added into Marvel Future Fight as playable characters and that game started out with little to know X-Men at all in 2015 when it first released (kinda like MvC Infinite's situation at the moment)... Love all your Marvel suggestions, though I think Gwenpool is unlikely because of logical Deadpool connections in her name and style. Antman and Groot have apparently been confirmed as playable already too. And the X-Men and Fantastic Four characters might apparently be coming in as DLC if sources via Neograf are to be believed.
EDIT: Quicksilver is also unlikely since his Fox counterpart is far more well known than the MCU one and there will likely be connections there Marvel would be concerned about.

I thought about gwenpool because since there are rumors about no X-men or Fantasic 4 characters, I thought she could fill in for Deadpool.

Well besides that, I do think she's also probably too new a character to be appearing, remember that this game will have been in development for a couple of years. Kamala Kahn/Ms Marvel is probably the most likely new Marvel character to be included.

Ultron and Sigma are pretty much a given, considering the potential final boss being a merger of both.

I know, the Iron Man 3 Mandarian was such a bad idea. (Although I do understand why they did that.)
I remember watching the 1990's Iron Man cartoon and the Mandarian was such a badass villain.
