Who would be Asura's rival be? There aren't really any galaxy-busters in Gensokyo, but the closest thing to a planet-buster in Touhou would probs be Flandre or Tenshi. He would most likely destroy both of those, though.

Intersting idea for a crossover. Although Shantae isn't really a Capcom character you can still have her as a guest character, if you want of course. But either if you want her in or not, you should replace her with a real Capcom character. I would say be original and have a Capcom character that noone would expect, but that's your choice. Btw, if Wily and Tenshi are Sub Bosses, who is the Final Boss?
