I'm saying maybe, because it is rather loosely based on that style, but you know, following a specific style or rules or law isn't really my thing.Anyway, while back I saw this tutorial by SugarSugarHyperLolly: [link]
And I wanted to try some of the techniques mentioned there, but didn't get around to. But recently I was feeling uninspired and while talking to sa55y she suggested to draw a gothic lolita. So yeah.
This is a relatively quick picture so no BG. And it made me feel better to draw this ^^

Yeah, those shoes are NOT made for walking. Maybe from a car to a restaraunt but not much more.
And two different socks is the only way to roll, symmetry is for the weak!
