The Legion could have been so much better, I was so disappointed with Caesar, I expected him to be like Julius Caesar, but he just felt like a guy who read a book, adopted some of the Roman culture and become an arrogant asshole. Β He conquered 86 TRIBES, 86 is a lot but 86 Tribes many of which are likely to be ill-organised and weak doesn't make you the son of Mars. His first battle with a real military machine and not only do they lose massively, but come 2281 he still has no chance. He has almost no allies and even with the weakened NCR he could never conquer Vegas without massive casualties. He allows entire communities to be burned that could have been potentially useful to the Legion.
So yes lets get rid of them. I'll bring the Gauss Rifle and the Holorifle
