Is is easy why no one asks. For them, you are already a murderer. They didn't see the things in the ruins (because of that Toriel is really surprised), but in Snowdin, they are aware... They go to face a murderer, they don't need to ask why, they need to take you on the right direction...
That is sad and in such a beautiful scenery, the beach. And how dare that Frisk is just taking the hat and Chara thinks it is sweet!Β

Well xD, even if they know you're a murderer, it's still interesting that they don't ask why. Most horror movies ask why the main evil thing/whatever is doing what they do. Maybe the monsters just don't question if someone wants to dust them, that's just what happens- and it's a fair point since in most games killing monsters is just normal.
Ahaha xD, it's Frisk who thinks it's sweet. Chara has no influence on this Frisk in Undercurrent.

Well yeah, but in most horror movies it is a human who is killing humans. For monsters it is pretty normal to kill humans and to get killed by them. And yes, most games have you kill monsters. I always find it interesting when monsters get a bit lore in games like in Final Fantasy X or Bravely Default/Second. Where they are not just there for killing but there are some reasons behind them.Β

Ah that's true, there seems to be a lot of beliefs that aren't directly said about the monsters in the game, I've been trying to figure it out with a friend on discord and all we have so far is that we know they believe in angels, demons and do have some form of religion xD.. MONSTERS ARE AWESOME-
But yeah, they probably never consider to ask why a human would kill them, maybe they just know it happens.

Well, they are sentient beings, so it wouldn't be weird for them to have some kind of religion or beliefs. After all, in the game they have a prophecy. And of course they are AWESOME ^^
