Awesome, realistic, and beautiful image. Very effective composition and perspective, I like the layers and balance of foreground and background props. The materials are excellent.
It's a great approach to the contest theme, I like that you're showing a snapshot of a typical moment of the day for a normal working woman. She can be beautiful and feminine without wearing or doing something unprofessional.

The lighting setup is not only perfectly natural but also highlights how much hard work you put into this, same to be said for the vertical stripe pattern on her outfit superb!

Wow your renders are so detailed and complete, it must take so long to set it all up and find the right materials/objects..
Every little detail has been carefully positioned so precisely, from glasses to bracelets, the shirt creases are incredible, the hair is amazing, the table looks almost photo quality, great work

I have to confess that for this one it didn't take long at all. The set was already made and I saw no reason to change it. Find the right dress and accessories took a bit longer. The hardest was the pose. And you're right those textures are amazing!

Hehe yeah i dont know how you CG guys get your poses so accurate, every time ive tried poser or daz studio in the past and try to do a custom pose thier head ends up spinning around like the excorcist, limbs and torso all over the place hehe, so yeah my 3d days apart from sculpting are over i think

To be completely honest, I'm not great at it either. It takes me a lot of time to pose, more than it should. I often start with a basic pose and work from there. And not all my poses were good but I have a friend, Rob, that helps me a lot with it. He often gave me great input on how to naturally pose a character and he has a great eye for it.

I agree with you. Rob is great human being and I feel blessed to know him. He modelled a couple of things for me like the Death Star earrings in So Hot Right Now and the star prop in Thank you for the favorites . He is always kind and very helpful.

But i dont think everyone on devient art would agree, i must admit i give honest and sometimes brutal critique on some works, luckily you guys are actually artists so you'll never see that side of me
I do however try to find something positive in everything, so even my brutal comments usually end with something encouraging xxxx
