I use CS3 but I don't think it will make a difference unless your using elements.

save as a PNG, make sure the background is transparent

is there a place i can download CS3? D: cuz i have PS elements 7 and its AWEFUL for line out theres no pen tool!! ive looked everywhere on it all i can do it trace over the scanned picture by hand

This is SO helpful for people who don't have a Tablet, it's kind of hard to understand sometimes how to use th pen tool for people who've never used it. TT_TT

Very nice tutorial on line art. Apparently i got tht skill down. If you made a tutorial on shading, tht'd be greatly appreciated in more ways than one for me.

I don't use PhotoShop, so I have zero use for this =\ But I'm sure this will help so many other people ^^
If only there was some Macromedia Flash tutorial that made things easy, then I wouldn't have to go through arsey tracing >_<
