The client asked for a generic female anime-style character falling victim to the Matrix bug or the Scourge parasite - really the same creature when you think about it.So, depending on which movie you're following, this unfortunate gal is either...
(1) ...a "coppertop" captured by Agents and implanted with a tracking bug, OR
(2) ...the latest victim of the Scourge.
Take your pick.
