I think that his eye has to be a little bit smaller, because it looks way too out of proportion to his face. And maybe soften (curve) the end of his eye with the tearduct...I don't recall it ever being that sharp at the end. Sorry for all this kind of critiquing...but his nose is a little bit off....it's like defined on one side and then flat-looking on the other. Other than that it looks really good. (though you might want to smoothen out the colors a bit more and then blend more)

Yes, i noticed the nose.... but since it's just a practice.... -.- but with the possible rate of favorites.... I guess i better fix it later.
For the eyes... I will probably check again.
