YAY! It's cloud in zack's death scene. I think this was 6 hours? I don't remember. I tried to follow the reference as perfectly as possible, so the colours and lines should match nearly perfectly. Like it?Done with the GIMP 2.6.4

Yes, that was done completely in Gimp. The secret is in the Gimp's brush pipes. I just made a nice cycling clouded brush and went at it. Practically blended itself. For the hair, I just have to say that the smudge tool is a friend

Hey! Thanks for the feedback! I made this one a long time ago, when I was new to digital painting; thus, the sketchy unfocused style is totally due to lack of skill, not stylistic choices. I basically just made a brush out of some random noise/clouds and painted the entire thing like that, so if you're going for that style, just follow those steps and it's a piece of cake.
