this is pretty cool! Wonder how you got that effect in AE, I've yet to play around with the effects tab more. P.S. I've no idea how to make gifs if someone has a way?

photoshop makes the best gif, AE doesn't come close to the quality. What i do is make quicktime from AE then import into photoshop and save as web device, gif animation.

Since you started talking to me about this guy a few days ago, I've been super excited to see what happens to him. Although just a short animation, it's very awesome. I'm surprised how fluid it is for a GIF. I know I can't get that smoothness from a Flash made GIF. I wish I could get After Effects to work (AE and Premiere CS5 only work on 64-bit Windows, but I'm 32-bit, and I don't have copies of CS4
