How I used my chart, you don't need to do thumbnails you can just write, but visuals is always exciting.I would put this somewhere easy to see to constantly remind myself that I got some way to go and keep updating it.

Hm, by studying what people who are working towards there what kind of work they need to do per day, and then measure how much practice i need roughly to get there.
