Scouts and spies are arguably the ones who risk the most in any Team Fortress 2 match. They put themselves right in the thick of battles with so little health.Snipers stay far away, medics can regenerate and become invincible, and engineers can hide behind sentries, but those scouts and spies have to put themselves right up front all the time to make a difference.
Since I already did one for the spy, here's one for the scout, that lovable jerk from Brooklyn.

Sketch: 4 hours, mostly trying to get the perspective and anatomy right.
Ink and CG: 3 hours in Adobe Photoshop CS2 total
