I know the lineart looks terrible. Look at the shakiness and the scout's chest area, you can tell I've been doing the inking in a way I wasn't used to. It was done freehand on Photoshop CS2. Pen tool inking drives me nuts because it seems to take too long for me. I'll go back to inking the usual way.

Honestly I don't get it. Why Scouts are needing dispencers so badly. I would understand for Heavy or Pyro, because they're quickly running out of ammo. But Scout has less things to lose, that it's better to find ammo or health on the map.
