lol you don't need to train them that high really
i mean, auto balancing on wifi fixes that, so long as you ahev good Ivs and all the Evs you want, you only need to get about 50ish. You never need much higher than that, well, i find that anyway ^^~

ah for the elite four and in game play not really, but i train them that high for competition with friends
it's a long hard job, but with 30 of them ... well it all balances out, and having some makes it easier to train others
