I like what you've done with her costume, and yes, it is very difficult to get small characters to look right, there's very little reference material when comparing to other elements (like that gun).
You didn't need to put it in, but I'm glad you pushed your skills to do so. It shows how tiny she is, and you've kept her looking very dangerous.
