what kind of camera do you use and how do you edit your photos ? it takes photos with some great colours

I guess this still was the old EOS 350D. Currently i am using an EOS 40D. RawMode fopr shure. Photoshop for the edit. in which way.. well. mostly i correct the gradation curves..

Hmmm...I do see what you mean. It is a bit on the muddy side. But that is not a bad thing. Perhaps you could play with the color there...some tone less warm, a green might work. But its a minor thing Martin. For me its the composition more than the colors that works so well. I love that triangle/trilogy you've created. Each angle has its own subject on the line...the bridge, the skyline and the shoreline with boat. It brings our eye to each effectively no matter which direction we begin. That is what I like about it the unseen but felt sense of movement from the triangular composition.

Interesting way of interpretation! Of course i think about lines and composition when taking photos. It's the part that decides whether the image is a top or a flop.. However, i don't think about those different ways of symbolic meaning. Thanks for this input!

Schade nur dass die Horizontlinie das Bild genau in die HΓ€lfte teilt... Sollte man im Prinzip nicht machen... Die sollte bei 1/3 oder 2/3 des Abstandes zum unteren Bildrand liegen, abhΓ€ngig von dem was man im Foto hervorheben will (Land/Wasser oder Himmel).
Will jetzt nicht den Klugscheisser spielen, aber es ist so.
Sonst hab ich eigentlich nix zu meckern

Wenn alle Bilder so aufgebaut wΓ€ren, wΓ€rs aber auch wiederum langweilig, zumal bei einer solchen Aufteilung keine interessante LinienfΓΌhrung mehr mΓΆglich ist. Egtl ist ja Richtlinie Goldener Schnitt, wenn schon. und das ist weniger als 2/3.

yep, pretty small aperture (around 10 i think)

At least you get a better contrast by not taking photos with hdr...
