Not a bad piece you did here. The design itself is rather cute, and quite reminiscent of Tim Burton's works, such as Nightmare before Christmas and Ghost's Bride. She's got that really thin and almost bony like body, with the large bulging eyes gaping out. It's not a bad thing. If anything, there's a bit of a charm to that. More with the overall design; the style is quite simplistic, both color and line work. That also looks quite good, and can give a sort of cartoon feel to the overall image.
Now, for a few things that I think ought to be changed. Regarding the outlines, the transition from grey to black isn't really smooth. From the looks of it, it seems more like a silhouette was made, and then details were put inside. The grey can be especially problematic, since the hair itself is grey, which blends with the hair itself. I would suggest keeping it fully black, or perhaps a slightly darker shade of grey that would contrast both the hair and the body. That being said, the opposite should be done with the hair. Instead of black, it may have been better to use a shade of grey, since it would compliment the overall color of the hair.
Overall, this is a good pic you've got here! Great job!
