IF YOU FAVOURITE THIS IMAGE, HAVE THE DECENCY TO LEAVE ME A COMMENT. THANK YOU.Just a random tutorial I'd made to show the process I use when drawing... There is never a right or wrong way to draw, this is just how I do it. My only problem is that the smoke on this looks dumb. xD
Media: Sketched in Adobe Photoshop CS3, outlined, coloured, and watermark added in Adobe Flash CS3 with Wacom Graphire4 and Toshiba Satellite M55-S329 laptop touchpad.
Time Spent: About 5 hours.

You have a wonderful Tutorial that helped me out in the time of need. Basically was doing a picture for my best friend that was a gift, but I didn't know how to do Anthro style I've done human or angelic mostly. Until recently I returned back to Furcadia and wanted to draw my friend a picture and your tutorial helped me even though I did a little diff. Link

I'm glad you enjoyed it. <3 A good way to learn how to do anthros is... basically look at animals. Human bodies with animal heads is a pretty easy way, generally. Muzzles are hard, even for me... but it takes lots of practice and you'll get it. <3

Really? I learned something new today with anthros woot! ^_^ Yeah I kinda figured muzzles may be hard to do. Never tried that yet and I know I be erasing like crazy. Lol

There are a lot of anthro tutorials that are too bunched up or minimalistic which makes it less helpful.

Bah, you know I don't believe that. I like your stuff. x3 A few things to remember, you're only awful because you say you are, if you say you need improvement you'll drive yourself to improve all the time. And practice really does make perfect. xD
I've been drawing for... I'd say about 11 years--half my life--and I'm nowhere near the skill level that I wish I was. But I have to practice every day to attain it, and so do you. <3

As I was learning I got a lot of inspiration from *uranium-husky 's work, so you can probably still see a little bit of resemblance to her facial structure even today. xD

I dunno, I figure my excuse is her metal innards. Like most (if not all) parts of her body, movement of her ears would be controlled by hydraulics and other high-tech things that I don't actually understand. Plus, I figure her ears would have a metal base, or even thin metal inside them as cartilage... but I have nooo idea. xD Her insides still aren't completely desided on.
