Honestly the revive move is kind of useless. Mostly because if your alone trying to revive like say a Roadhog and the entire enemy Team is close by. Then you're gonna die along with your Roadhog faster than you can revive him.

it depends on the situation if one of them has a super they can get off, or if you just need to stall the enemy team. Also, how the hell do you now that it will be 2 v 6 it might be 2 v 3 in which case just rez the tank and hope he can handle his shit with you healing him
