Description
Comrade Dimitri Matryovsky is the current Bratislavskayan Head of state holding the positions of: Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of Bratislavskaya, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Bratislavskaya (CPB), and a Marshal of the Soviet Peoples' Army of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Bratislavskaya (although the last is an hounorary position). Born on July 8th 1982 in Thälmanngrad he is currently 33 years old. He was served in the armed forces as a conscript from 2000 until 2002, when he completed his conscription period. It was there he became a member of the CPB, after he became interested during political training. After he left the armed forces he worked in the AvtoMAZ Car Factory in Mezen, where he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a manager. He was awarded the Banner of Labour for his excellent work in the factory, achieving excellent results on his production line. In 2009 he quit his job in the Factory in order to become a full time member of the Communist Party. He became a member of the Supreme Soviet of Bratislavskaya in 2010. He rose through the ranks of the party, and was well liked by members for his excellent knowledge of Marxist Theory, anti-revisionist stance, and likable personality. He rose to become Deputy Secretary of the CPB in 2012. When Bogachyov Vitalievich (The previous Head of State) reached the age of 60 (at which it is customary to step down from the positions leading the nation) in 2013, elections were held within the party for a new First Secretary. It was narrowed down to two choices, Matryovsky and Filatov Ruslanovich. After a nationwide vote, Matryovsk won, and became the new head of state, and Ruslanovich the Deputy Secretary. The two are now good friends. The outfits shown here are some notable ones worn by Matryovsky:
Military Uniform: As head of State, you receive an hounorary commission as a Marshal of the Armed Forces. The Uniform is worn on certain military holidays, when watching Military Parades, and when inspecting some military units. Worn with a CPB flag pin on the lapel, and the Banner of Labour Medal
The Suit: A regular Black suit worn on most occasions. It is regular political attire in Bratislavskaya, here worn with the CPB's red tie. The Banner of Labour is worn on the suit, as it is to be worn on formal occasions. A CPB pin badge is also worn.
Suit With Greatcoat: Same as above, but with a cold weather Greatcoat.
Tropical Shirt: Worn in official visits to warm nations, or nations during warm periods such as Terricon, Cuba and the DPRK (in summer). Worn with aviator sunglasses, and a CPB pin badge.
Leather Jacket: A suit with a leather jacket, in place of a Suit Jacket. Often worn by Matryovsky, it seems to be his preferred mode of dress. Also worn on visits to Airforce Bases. Worn with a CPB pin badge
Winter Jacket: A thick Military issue winter jacket, with liner. Part of the M95 Uniform, often worn to military bases during winter. Also worn on official visits to cold nations, and nations with cold winters, such as Renbokia or the DPRK (in Winter).

There we go. Now it's there. And it's actually a recolouring of the "Banner Der Arbeit" on your East German Medals sheet.

Yes, I suppose so, actually. For one of my Nationstates, I have the military's combat gear all laid out, but I don't have dress uniforms.

I could have a go at some stuff. Your nation is based on Canada right? I could have a go at some Communist Canadian stuff.

Yeah, the greatcoat would be the Canadian Army standard in rifle green (RGBB (r, g, b)(68, 76, 56 #444C38 ) but have a Soviet officer belt (www.sovietmilitarystuff.com/de… ), the dress pants would be the same rifle green type as the Army dress pamts, but worn like the combat trousers with the Mk. 3 combat boots, and worn with a wedge-style cap in rifle green.

Thanks. You should do a leader for Varkana or something.

Maybe. But I was mainly using Varkana as a way of practicing my skills. I'm not really any good with modern military equipment, etc.

Well it doesn't need to look all modern military for a national leader.

Good point. I kind of lost interest but might go back to it at some point. You haven't done much of your own Brata-thingy lately

Yeah, I've had stuff on recently. I'm still thinking of doing some more stuff. I might do some Militsyia officers.
