Who knew the space core could fly in space?
Well if you look at the end of Portal 2, the space core is flying around Wheatly.
So if he can fly, he can return home to Earth.
Wheatly just has to talk him into flying them back.
But the space core takes them both all the way to Aperture Labs.
Poor Wheatly.
I am sure GLaDOS being friendly and all would make a robot body for Wheatly and send him to the test chamber.
That is after she almost kills him.
