Description The FSS Lydia, FSS Tamerlane-A and Starbase 98- as seen in part 2 of "Nova Trek: A Tale of Two Captains". All 3 were originally conceived by Franz Joesph for his Star trek Technical Manual in 1975- making these the first ship/base designs to be seen outside the original Star Trek TV series.
