Description
I didn't draw that...I have the kiriban to work on for drawing. So, I grabbed and touched up a screenshot from the opening of Dragonball Kai.Then put in the background in Photoshop. This is version 2 of it...darker colors and Gohan in Oozaru form in the background.
Total time...I guess an hour. Dunno...I did this one right after the first, and it all took approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Obviously, I don't own Dragonball Z. Else, I'd be rich. XD

Probably. Finding DBZ screenshots is much easier than some other series I've done icons and backgrounds for.
I've been doing more drawings than backgrounds lately, but I made a note to make a background like that.
