Just a play with The Gimp, to answer kujaku : "Yes with The Gimp I CAN!
"New layer-> bucket fill with dark blu-> in layer mode: "Difference", then I played with transparency (this is 37%).

ok i dont speak spanish, so i dont know what the other people are saying about spaghetti, but i love the gimp i use it all the time too, we should get together and exchange gimp ideas! i like what you did, its cool, what i like to do is cut out the images i want with the pen tool> cut and past them to a new transparent layer> sript fu the background with plasma> drop the transparancey> add small supernovas all over the bacground> and then you get a ghostly outer space effect, my favorite render to add to that is a close up of the flame render done in black and red then with an added glass effect.
