Actually, I'll bet that bulb is *hot*. In that confined space, sweat could be the reason why her hair is soaked and her face dripping. Especially if she's been in there for hours....

Slightly evil to put a light in there so she can see how close to drowning she is. Now my question is this: Is the water rising slowly, or is it at the level it's intended to be and her torment is to stay awake and not slump down? One might guess that she'll be a very good girl when she's finally released. Unless, of course, this is a devilish form of execution.
