Bellaltrix encounters TS (in the form of Sirius Black) and challenges him to a duel... which might be her last. Just as they got into position for the duel, TS changed into The Hound of Baskerville, from Sherlock Holmes, lunged towards her, scratched her face and grabbed her wand with his mouth. After she got back up, TS jumped & scratched her stomach with the wand. She grasped her wound in pain and fell back on the ground. TS changed back in Sirius Black, grabbed a "Murder of Crows" Vigor bottle, From Bioshock, smashed it with his head and finally SLICES her neck with it. As her neck bled thoroughly, she sees her master, Volemort in front of her. She begga for his help, but he coldly walks away, leaving her for dead. TS then changed back into The Hound of Baskerville and finishes the job.
