This is Doctor, or Anemia, a nonbinary who really doesn't care what pronouns you use for them (I alternate between he and they when speaking of them)
they're a total psychopath too
They're a therapist who's greatest desire is to violently murder all of their clients. Their 'listening' is more like holding a tape recorder and glancing around at everything in their room, planning every possible way they could kill whoever is in the room at the time. He is cynical and unforgiving, and never forgets a face. He does not have mind reading, but can block his mind and has to upkeep a steady static or white noise internally to keep strong peaks of emotion from breaking through and making him feel whatever his client is feeling.
