I still think you did Ms. ESD more justice then even I can do. She really looks good in a more human-like style. However I guess I shouldn't beat myself down, my style is just the stylized style or something.
The color scheme really compliments her, I like how you make her feet fade from white to green. Since it's the same green as her dress you obviously make the connection that she's wearing boots and it's not her bare feet. That WAS what the rings around her knees were supposed to convey that.
This really is a great pose you gave her. Come to think of it, I've never drawn her head from the side like that, another new angle to try and draw. I think the more human style helps her look more howt as well, even with the breast reduction you gave her through the coloring process. XD
I also really like how you shaped her skirt, it looks better then the 'satellite' shaped one I gave her. The U shape how it curves up on the sides really looks good.
Lastly, the white glow around her says better then words the power she's in fact made of. I mean just looking it, you can just SEE the amazingly high-level of electricity imitating from her.

I really like how well done this is. The line art is quite clean. 
I also love that evil looking half lidded expression of her's too. You pulled it off quite superbly.
