you colored over a pencil drawing, right? pretty righteous job there, i usually just give up and put the lineart back on top of the coloring because it's EASIER

I agree with H-D, her eyes are very beautiful.
The insane amount of detail is awesome my friend, from the folds in the clothing to the tattoo on her leg. Everything looks very shiny and fun to look at. Her body looks nice, fleshy, and realistic. It all makes for a good picture. If I remember correctly, she is the owner of the casino. Am I not mistaken? With an outfit like that, she could also be a pimp. And yeah, in a way that is a compliment.
I really like the character established so far from what I can see in her expression, and therefore her personality and attitude. Not to mention her simply attractive and fancy attire. She seems to be a very strong type woman who has respect for herself and is not needing of that specific other, which makes me wonder why she does not wear any pants.

XD The pimp thing has come up before actually, but she wears the outfit for her own personal tastes.
The lack of pants thing is a part of the trait her race has for usually wearing little or shorter clothes than we would be familiar with. It allows more exposure to their sacred sun while still remaining decent. Plus...doesn't hurt to show off a little leg. XD

I adore the colouring here. <3 It's really good. Ofcourse it doesn't look prefect, but everyone makes mistakes every now and then. Me, I'm too obsessed about details concerning lineart and colouring, but I never really think it looks perfect. XD I also abuse the hell out of the blur tool, haha.
But yeah, I really love the colour scene and Skally's design, nice choice of colour.

I would suggest picking colours from the palette. Just like when you paint, you want to choose the darker shades and the lighter tints on your own

We still see some sketchy lines here and there and like with the shine on her ankles and how the shine got on the blank piece of paper there too shows you are still learning and overlook a few details now and then.
But it is a really good start

Great coloring here Mech, the color scheme on this was originally the one for Virus before I made him green. Of course I didn't use that scheme because he looked too much like a Blue Meanie. XD
