The dummy shark was also notable for nearly killing George Lucas.
Steven Spielberg asked if he wanted his friend to put his head inside the shark for the lulz, only for the jaw to clamp down on George after he nudged something. He got out okay, but I bet there was some mistrust between them after that XD
