Sweet Tooth is a mentally unstable masochistic living pinata who loves being beaten, broken, and smashed. He is cannibalistic towards other pinatas, bashing, slaughtering and eating their candy innards whenever he can. He is filled with unmarked pieces of candy, most of them being gumballs or various kinds of hard candy, with the occasional ball of chocolate with a caramel center. He has licorice innards filled with a green liquid that serves as his blood. This blood is made of gelatin, sugar and citric acid, as well as green food dye and grape artificial flavoring. He can be patched up with paper mache, or can slowly regenerate.
