Description

Narrator: Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, there were two regal sisters who ruled together and created harmony for all the land. To do this, the eldest used her unicorn powers to raise the sun at dawn; the younger brought out the moon to begin the night. Thus, the two sisters maintained balance for their kingdom and their subjects, all the different types of ponies. But as time went on, the older sister became resentful. The ponies, especially the young and adventurous foals relished, partied and even sometimes played in the night her younger sister brought forth and the adults loved the quietness, relaxation and beauty of it, but they and the little foals shunned and worked through her beautiful day with work and school. One fateful day, the older unicorn refused to lower the sun to make way for the night. The younger sister tried to reason with her, but the bitterness in the elder one's heart had transformed her into a wicked mare of broad daylight: Nightmare Star or as some ponies called her: Solar Flare.

Narrator: She vowed that she would shroud the land in eternal day. Reluctantly, the younger sister harnessed the most powerful magic known to ponydom: the Elements of Harmony. Using the magic of the Elements of Harmony, she defeated her older sister, and banished her permanently into the sun. The younger sister took on responsibility...

Narrator and Sunset Shimmer:…for both sun and moon...

Sunset Shimmer: ...and harmony has been maintained in Equestria for generations since.

Yeah, I've seen a few MLP FIM AU pics of Sunset Shimmer in Twilight Sparkle's place and quite some pics of Celestia and Luna's roles being reversed too. So I decided to make a combo of both. Princess Celestia in this alternate universe is the one who becomes Solar Flare/Nightmare Star and it's her younger Sister Princess Luna who banishes her. Also Sunset Shimmer ends up becoming Princess Luna's most favorite student. XD The little yellow orange dragon on the right is Spike. He's now that color because it is now Sunset Shimmer who hatched his egg and not Princess Twilight Sparkle. Oh, and the little blue dragon is actually me: Crystal in MLP style. I'm kind of a half sister to Spike. XD Oh, the other mane cast is altered too, but i'll draw them on the next pic. Oh, another thing is I based Princess Celestia on that MLP trading card of Nightmare Star which I'm not sure whether or not it's a sneak peek of a future MLP episode.

This is for all of the MLP fans out there and it's also for as a little gift to him since the next Super Legend Heroes scene may take a while. Enjoy everyone. ^^
