It seems it turns out animating a chibi character is just as complicated as animating a character with realistic proportions...
(Yes I know my chibis are a bit more detailed than the typical chibi but stil...)Inspired by a scene in the first Ranma 1/2 movie where Ranma scores hits on the main villain and Shampoo is happy for him. I've always found that scene great and it shows her personality well. ^_^ (I swear that movie did really good stuff for Shampoo as a character)
