Whirlpool ManWeapon: Water Cannon
An idea for an underwater Robot Master. This boss isn't in Megaman Unlimited. It's just an idea.

EDIT: WhilrpoolMan will be featured in his own special stage in the upcoming 1.2.0 version of Megaman Unlimited.
His stage will be separate from the game and beating him won't reward Megaman with a special weapon. (Like FakeMan in Megaman 9)

I don't like the arm on the left, it's oddly positioned compared to the right of Whirlpool. And as mentioned before the pipehead seems to be overkill. I DO like the Windman-esque shoulder fans though, but not as so as the excess blades on the feet, as it kinda hurts the design a bit.
