Description
As a sequel for the Alternate Masters, I want to present the Powered Up equivalents to the Alternate Masters. They are part of the Dr. Smiley Numbers (DSN-00A & DSN-00B). I decided to make them not really the same as their alternate counterpads but rather more original.

Watch Man - The walking time teller of the group, Watch Man was built as a time keeping robot with telepathy who can speed up and slow down time. With watch-like pieces (similar to Quick Man's) installed on both hands, Watch Man can shoot arrow-like projectiles with spinning pieces to pierce and cut through the circuits in the inside of his opponents. He can also drop watch-like mines known as "Watch Mine", which would detonate and slow down the opponent, which would put a gravitational force on them. Watch Man is a skilled technician, who often plays around and procrastinate because he can travel in time. He likes golden watches, and dislike long lines, and other things that tend to waste time.

Fuel Man (a.k.a Gasoline Man) - The group's powerhouse and water boy, Fuel Man was built with a huge tank with fuel on his back which connects with his dispenser to refuel his comrades with energy, and roller skates. He often disapprove having roller skates, especially on oily surfaces, yet he likes it to get his work done quicker. He shoots thick oil from his dispenser to slow down and make his opponent's movement difficult (unless if they can fly) He can create oil geysers that goes straight up the ceiling and rain oil that spreads on the floor. Fuel Man is a quick-minded worker, who is usually clumsy when coming to his roller skates. He likes fresh oil, especially Coconut oil, and dislike heated temperature.

- The fact that Fuel man has a concealed mouth alternatively is based on PC Oil Man.
- Fuel Man's roller skates are references from Mega Man Unlimited Glue Man's. (note that I did not use the sprites from Glue Man to give him the roller boots!)
- Watch Man's head pieces are watch Crowns. Fuel Man's head is based on a gasoline.
- Watch Man's Intro is a matrix-style appearance.
- Fuel Man's Intro is a wide, heavy spills of Oil rising from the ground. When it ends, he falls from the spills and slips. He's embarrassed by that.
- The 14th sprite piece (excluding the objects) is Fuel Man turning.
