Description
"Part of the elite trainers in the region, Mega Heroes don't look for battles but protect others with their life. This particular one uses mostly high Defense and Attack Pokémon for combat. Although it started out small, heroes and vigilantes have become an accepted part of the region even though some are more helpful than others. "

awesome - I love the idea of vigilantism being a theme in a region too. I'm surprised it hasn't been done before, given how powerful the concept of a Pokémon is. Granted the anime has done it a bit with that Mega-Blaziken guy (don't watch it myself, but see pics on serebii.net etc), but the idea of it being tackled more seriously in a game series would be cool. Like, maybe the evil team exploits the people's love of these 'heroes' to its own ends somehow, etc. *daydreams*

^^ Yeah there hasn't been a hero type of trainer yet the anime has a couple of them. I was thinking originally they could tag along when you storm the bad guys hideout. Maybe even proving your worth to them and eventually becoming the #1 hero in the region.

Will the Sp. Attack and Sp. Def be a Gardevoir and Speed be Manetric, and well rounded be Blaziken inspired Hero design?

This kind of reminds me of a Trainer Class I've come up with for Frozen Symphony called the "Mega Experts", which use only a single Pokemon that is capable of Mega Evolution.
