Hey guys! Woohoo! More Steven Universe art!

So I was thinking to myself that it's cool that there's four main characters and four main villains and what it would be like if they were in a climatic battle for the fate of the universe. So this little comic details who I think would fight who on the opposite side:

1) Pearl Vs. Lapis. Yeah, I know Lapis is technically a good guy, currently trapping Jasper at the bottom of the ocean and is Beach Summer Fun Buddies with Steven, but I don't think she would warm up to Garnet, Amethyst or Pearl any time soon. So I figured Lapis can have a personal battle with Pearl, seeing as Lapis was found in Pearl's Gem, giving her plenty to hate her for. And I can just imagine Lapis saying "When I reduce you to your Gem form, I won't kill you, I'll put YOU in a mirror and let you experience what I've experienced for 6000 years!" Would be really deep.

2) Amethyst vs. Peridot. So Amethyst was made in Kindergarten and Peridot is working and experimenting in Kindergarten, so that would give Amethyst plenty of reason to hate Peridot. I can also imagine Peridot, rather than running or evading combat, would use more advanced Gem Clusters in battle, ones more adept to combat. And one thing I could imagine is if Peridot would remember Amethyst coming from her hole and saying how she was supposed to be used in a Gem Cluster until Rose and the others came, and that's when she was found by Rose. Would be an awesome exposition moment for Amethyst

3) Ruby and Sapphire vs. Jasper. Oh yeah! We can't officially say Garnet is stronger than Jasper after just two bouts, we need a third to really confirm it. But I thought it would be interesting to raise the stakes with this fight. What if Jasper uses some of Homeworld technology to forcefully defuse Garnet back into Ruby and Sapphire, which also prevents them from re-fusing into Garnet? That would make for an interesting battle where Ruby and Sapphire have to work together to bring down Jasper.

4) Steven and Connie vs. Yellow Diamond. Can't have the main villain be taken out other than by the main hero, right? Plus if you combine Connie's sword skills and Rose Sword and Steven's Shield, then you have the perfect replacement for Rose, making it a battle of the leaders Not sure how this battle would go, since Yellow Diamond is still a complete mystery, but I would pay mighty to see it

So this is my interpretation of the Final Battle! Have any thoughts on it or any kind of interesting points? Tell me what you think!
