Definitely have to go with my man, Volcanicus! Like someone has pointed out that Volcanicus has more mobility than Mechagodzilla. Plus Volcanicus is derived of 5 Dinobots, combined or not means trouble for Mechagodzilla and let's not forget about the Prime Core Armor (which is what the fans are calling it) which allows him to us the power of any of the Primes.

Volcanicus would win. Not just saying that because I love Volcanicus, MechaGodzilla is slow and doesn't run. Volcanicus can move around and smash and slice MechaGodzilla into shreds. And if people are piloting MechaGodzilla, Volcanicus will break the glass and either pull the pilots out or kill them where they sit.
