This new Death Battle features combining mechas.Decepticon combiners.
Menasor- Composed of Motormaster, Dragstrip, Wildrider, Dead End, and Breakdown.
Predaking- Composed of Razorclaw, Divebomb, Headstrong, Tantrum, and Rampage.
vs
Power Rangers Megazords.
Turbo Megazord- Composed of Red Lighting, Mountain Blaster, Desert Thunder, Dune Star, and Wind Chaser.
Wild Force Megazord- Composed of Red Lion, Yellow Eagle, Blue Shark, Black Bison, and White Tiger.

I'm going with the Transformers. For one they have feats, and second, there are a lots of incarnations for Predaking, all of which are quite powerful.

Well. Menasor vs the Turbo Megazord, is actually kind of a close fight, despite the size difference. Menasor would only go up to about the height of the Megazords knees. But the Turbo Megazord was one of the least powerful mecha of the series.
Predaking vs Wild Force is more one sided towards the zords, as the Wildforce megazord has about 15 extra arms, and legs, to attach, and can do so at any given time.
