It's no longer a house, but a home. This is the place =SilverBrumby and I just bought for $365 000, a great old queenslander which we've been renting for the past three years together. Aside from the rust on the roof, I think it's in pretty good condition. We're very proud. Now we just need to pay it off!Related content

The roof's been painted so it's looking a lot less rusted and shabby, and you know about the front path. The place is coming together very nicely but it still needs some renovating, esp the bathroom. Now that it's (sort of) ours we can do whatever we like, it's a good feeling.
