Description I finished the walk cycle I embarked on a while ago. I tried something different this time when I was producing it. When I compiled the raws into a gif, I noticed that the animation was really choppy, so this time around I scaled and cropped the gif to a more tolerable size as opposed to the normal gigantic pics I make. I think I will reguarly make Animations from now on.

A couple more frames will be good and focus more on the body movements, her bust need to twist a little, one shoulder go to the observer and the other one get back, in this animation they just go up and down and they do it too quick to make a great imrpession.

The hair are a little eccessive, they are important to give some movement to the picture, but you need to get the body movements first.

The uh, hair seems to change in size and get longer at the end of each sway. It's very unnatural-looking and distracting.

This one is really good! altough the movements does look kinda chopped.

You dont really have to add more changes to the drawing, altough an extra frame or two would help it look better, she has so much hair that it distracts you from the movement.

Im not saying that the hair is wrong or anything like that, but to give the viewer more time to understand the action in front of them, you have to pace things a little bit slower

It's a bit choppy, but very well done for someone new at it. (I took animation classes)

I agree with Jeffburjr.

Start simple and get t to the point that it looks real. Eventually you learn how to get it to look smooth despite issues with gifs.

Well the best way to make smoother animations is to add more FPS (frames per second) the average animation had 15-20 FPS but can be as high as 30.

It's more work, but your finished product will be better for it. The best thing to start with is the "bouncing ball" and the "falling brick", as those are the most basic exercises for animators.
