omg this sucks so much, I'm sorry..and pardon my english *3* I hope you understand
some people asked about how I make the sky 8D so I made this little tutorial^^
as you can see it's very simple and I believe anyone could do it <3
these are the type of clouds I used on this pictures:

On the left this my first attempt... I had a problem with brushes xD xD and I killed my cloud with blur tool! ^^'
On the right: I got inspired for sunset clouds... but it is still not the same like those in your tutorial... xD

but hey! I think that is very good for the first attempt, I'm serious! my first clouds was.. derpy
I never blur my clouds XD it's okay too look a bit chunky rather than blurry.. also, if you are a SAI user, try the airbrush tool. I use it all the time to add more texture 8D

I'm not very familiar with the airbrush tool... I mostly use brush tool

yes actually I use SAI for all of my drawings..
except for the sky base.. you need bucket tool (custom fill) to make one 8D
