This is a progress MS Paint 7 art for ~Fran-kun
I tried to make him look toony (since that's what he wanted.) Tried my best, so here it is.
Hope y'all like it! I hope he likes it, too.
Originally drawn on 600 x 600 canvas. Took me 4 hours to draw this in MS Paint 7 with Optic Mouse.
